We are proud to use materials that are friendly for both your child and the environment! We use natural rubber in our outsoles, 100% cotton lining and high-quality vegan uppers. To learn more about the materials used in each style, view the "Materials & Care" section on the product page. Please note the outsoles may contain latex.
All Sensori shoe models are available in half sizes; if your child falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger full or half size. While we do not offer different width options, our shoes are designed to three-dimensionally mimic the shape of a child's foot, and the Velcro straps on our sneakers allow for excellent adjustability to ensure the perfect fit. You can use the manual fit tool inside our shoe box or take the Fit Finder Quiz to calculate your child's size or download a printable Fit Finder.
Yes, Sensori pays close attention to sensory comfort. Many of our shoe styles feature seamless linings and tagless designs to minimize tactile irritation, making them perfect for sensitive little ones.
Our outsoles are scientifically designed to mimic barefoot development and provide natural foot protection. If your child has specific medical orthopedic needs, we recommend removing our insoles and using the shoes with professional custom orthotics.
Yes! Just remove the insoles. To find the proper fit, we recommend using our Fit Finder or measuring your child's foot with the orthotics on.

The other names you see are Sensori’s specialized capsule collections, intentionally designed for different growth stages and daily activities. Our dedicated design teams work meticulously to build distinct lines, each with its own functional and stylistic focus. You can think of these collection names as the shoes' 'superpower tags'—by searching for them on our site, you can instantly and accurately match your little explorer with more gear from the same design family!
Our shoes are easy to wipe clean. Both the upper and outsole of the shoe can be cleaned using a clean, soft cloth dampened with water. For our baby booties, we recommend machine washing in cold water and tumble drying on low.

Completely normal. Because we insist on using eco-friendly natural rubber for our outsoles, a natural rubber scent may be noticeable when first unpacked. This will dissipate naturally if placed in a well-ventilated area for 1–2 days.
Shipping
Standard shipping is always free for orders above $75 within the continental US! For orders below $75, there is a $7.99 standard shipping fee. For Alaska and Hawaii, we offer standard paid shipping options starting at $7.99. Please note that all orders will take 1-3 business days processing time prior to shipment 。
We ship to the 49 continental US states (including Alaska), Hawaii, and the District of Columbia. Please note that some of our drop ship partners may have other shipping restrictions, so we recommend referring to the "Shipping & Returns" section of the product page for more specific guidance.
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes through standard shipping.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business of when you placed the order. For free standard shipping, orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Not at this time.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early or place them in a secure, hidden spot. Please wait 24 hours and check with your neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date, and we will help investigate with the carrier.
Returns
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the incorrect size or style, you do not need to return the item to us. Instead, we kindly ask that you pass the shoes along to a child in need (such as a child in an underprivileged community, a friend, etc.). You can visit here to search for a local donation drop-off location.
You can return all Sensori brand items, except stickers, books, or things noted 'FINAL SALE' for free within 30 days of your order. For items that are shipped directly from our partner brands, please refer to the Shipping & Returns section on the product page as return windows may vary. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and the original packaging must be intact. You can visit our Returns Page to start your return. We must receive your return within 30 days of the order date. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, do not initiate a return.
You can exchange your order by visiting our Returns Center and initiating your exchange. We offer Instant Exchange, which places your new order right away while you send your original item back – no need to wait for your return to arrive at our warehouse! Please note that if your original item is not mailed back within the required return window, your original form of payment will be charged. If you prefer, you can also start a standard exchange. In that case, we'll ship your new order once your returned merchandise has been mailed back to us. Please note that we cannot guarantee inventory availability until this time.
To ensure items can be resold, we require the original packaging to be intact. A severely damaged shoe box may affect your full refund. If you experience an unusual situation, please contact customer support before sending it back.
Yes! Please contact our customer support team with the buyer's name, email, or order number. We will assist the gift recipient in processing an exchange directly, without notifying or bothering the gift giver.

Account & Payment
We currently accept PayPal for all transactions. To ensure your payment security, all orders require standard authorization through PayPal prior to shipping, and only fully authorized orders will be processed and dispatched.
Depending on your purchase type, our billing and protection terms are structured as follows:
- Standard Orders: Fully covered by PayPal’s standard Purchase Protection and Seller Protection policies to guarantee a safe, secure, and worry-free shopping experience.
- Sensori Membership: When purchasing our annual membership, in addition to standard PayPal protections, a 1-year dedicated billing and service agreement will be established within PayPal to seamlessly support your subscription until the term concludes. For your complete peace of mind, in the rare event of any service dispute, PayPal will immediately freeze our merchant security deposit to fully safeguard your funds and protect your rights.

Membership
The Sensori Membership Program is an annual membership that guarantees savings! We are excited to offer our Sensori Members the following perks:
- Preferred pricing: 10% off all products (excluding bundles, gift cards, and $39 membership price), auto-applied at checkout when using the email associated with your membership. All brands on Sensori, including those that are usually excluded from promotions, are exclusively eligible for our membership program discount.
- Free standard shipping: No minimum purchase amount required; available for shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
- Exclusive access: Early access to certain product launches, content, and sales.
- Savings guaranteed: If you don't make your annual membership fee in savings, please contact us and we will credit you the difference.
Anyone is eligible to become a Sensori Member! Please create a Sensori account or login to your existing account so your membership plan can be saved to your profile.
Please visit the My Membership page in your account. Your membership will automatically renew one year from the date of purchase. We will send you an email reminder ahead of your next renewal. You may cancel your annual renewal from your account if you choose to do so. Please note that active memberships cannot be canceled, however, we do offer a Savings Guarantee. The price for our annual membership is $39, plus applicable taxes. Discount codes can not be applied towards the purchase of your Sensori Membership.
Your discount, along with your free standard shipping perk, will be auto-applied at checkout as long as you are using the email address associated with your membership.
Gift cards, bundles and expedited shipping fees are not eligible for the 10% discount. Please note all brands on Sensori, including those that are usually excluded from other promotions, are exclusively eligible for our membership program discount.
The 10% membership discount cannot be stacked with other discount codes or bundles but it is automatically applied to marked down products (indicated by a strike-through sale price). If there is a sitewide discount that's a better option for your purchase, you will be able to switch to that offer at checkout by entering the relevant discount code. Please note all brands on Sensori, including those that are usually excluded from promotions, are exclusively eligible for our membership program discount.
If you do not benefit from at least $39 of savings at the end of your membership year, please contect us and we will refund the difference in the form of store credit. Savings will be calculated based on 10% discount to products you have purchased plus any waived shipping fees.
No. Canceling automatic renewal simply means you won't be charged for the following year. You will continue to fully enjoy all member discounts and free shipping perks until your current subscription year officially ends.
Membership perks only apply to new orders placed after the membership is active. We cannot apply discounts retroactively to past orders. We recommend adding the membership to your cart alongside your items during checkout to save instantly.
